"So I noticed that lights were out in basically one half of my house. I woke up the next morning and googled electrians , this company popped up. I read through reviews and did some other digging and decided to give them a call. I’m glad I did. Charles came out later that afternoon and began to troubleshoot in the areas where there lights weee not coming on. He was so thorough in understanding the root cause of the issue. He always was very detailed in sharing with me everything he was seeing and how he planed to rectify the situation. I was appreciative of that and joked with my mom that i needed a note book to write down all the info b/c he was giving me a crash course. Ultimately he was able to find the fault and fix the problem. He re-routed circuits making sure that rooms that were affected would be able to work o their own circuits. The job was quite tedious due to the poor wiring job that had been done in the past in the house. We had one additional piece to complete which was getting the ceiling fan in my living room reconnected to power. Marcus a team member came out and completed that today. He was wonderful as well and careful not to damage any of items. Overall I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. A+ and timely customer service, friendly and personable staff."
