Excellent communication and top quality service!

Excellent customer service and experience. From the thorough initial diagnostic inspection and consultantion visit by Charles, to the repairs and modifications preformed by Marcus and his associate. Charles gave me a few options to remedy and resolve the overloaded issues with my microwave. He recommended a dedicated microwave circuit installation. Marcus performed the 20 amp circuit upgrade with minimal work by using the existing electrical openings to run the new wires. This was a relief, as I had been quoted by another electrical company to a more invasive and expensive procedure that required cutting into my ceiling and running the new wires from the junction breaker box located in the garage. Overall, I was thoroughly please with every level of my experience with Charles and his crew. They exceeded my expectations! I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors for their electrical needs. Outstanding 5 🌟 service!
